Well, I'm going for it. Kinda high for this neck of the woods, but got home today and had two messages on the phone from buddies in Illinois. One said he was in for $200 a yr and the other two said they would pitch in $500, so looks like I'm gonna cut a fat one in the rear. I've got a friend going to the property next week to go all thru it, something I can't really do well, and unless he finds something wrong I'll close the deal 11/06, just in time for the rut here.
