I'm claiming bull on 1 pin. You all should list exactly what distance your one pin is set at and you should also mention that you need to hold high or low at nonexact distances.
GregH is correct, I don't care how fast your bow is set, you cannot shoot one pin out to 30 yards without compensating high or low on other distances. And if you claim I'm wrong, I'd love to shoot against you for money.
I'd have to agree with Rob here. I started out shooting with just one pin the first year I bow hunted holding high/low at different distances. I also ended up missing a couple of deer and I'd say at least in part because of just having one pin. Sure one can shoot accuratly with one pin out to 30 yards but for me I like my arrow weight to be arround 425 and set my pins at 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 yards and I'd recommend multipins.
