Actually, BowTech's specs are obtained with a factory-installed brass nock on the string, plus the Hush Kit (including the string silencers)...

Any other manufacturer out there would take these off before testing its bows to pick up the extra 5-8 fps BowTech actually loses by leaving these on. Obviously, you'll lose speed when you shoot a heavier arrow; you can figureapproximately 1 fps will be lost for every 3 grains ofadditional arrow weight you add.
