I live by Shady, outside Mena, up in the mountains and saw2 nice bucks following a doe a few nights ago with their tail sticking straight out from their body. The second buck was a monster but it was getting so dark out that there was no way to launch an arrow his direction. So I think a few of them are doing the dirty right now as we speak.....
This is the west central edge of the state.
