With a ground blind you aren't limited to trying to find a tree that suits your treestand. If you hunt with children(not as bait ) a blind is a great way to take them along without getting busted becuase your child can't sit still. Personally, I have never hunted from a blind. My friend does and he doesn't like the limited visibility.
