From my experiences, the full moon does cause the deer to move more at night and less during the day. Whether this holds true anywhere besides where I hunt, I don't know. As has already been said, the moon phases do affect all living things, so there has to be some truth to it. You have to remember though, there are always exceptions to any rule. The best way to find out is to go out before, during, and after a full moon and see what the deer do where you are during those times.
