Default RE: hunting the moon

One thing I notice, a new moon and hunt all day, liable to see anything anytime. Full moon, and they bed all day. I sat last year all day and had littlerly 4 deer bedding 50 yards away. They didn't move but to get up and scratch and bearly feed around and go back down. As soon as 5PM rolled around, they were up and at em.

Tides seem to make a difference too. Seems if you live around ocean, notice if you see deer moving with high tide. Maybe crazy, but I have noticed a major feed around high tide.

During rut, all bets off, a buck will move all day all night looking for a hot doe.
