RE: someone shoots a deer, than you shoot it, now what?
If I were shooter #1 and made a good lethal shot I would expect that shooter #2 would agree that it is my deer.
If I am shooter #2 and shooter #1 made a good lethal shot then I wouldn't even think about tagging it.
