Thats a million dollar question.If the deer is hit mortally and just running dead and someone just happens to put another bullet in him ,you know he was about dead anyway then i believe the first shooter should get him.But if property lines get involved it might be a different story.Now if the deer is crippled or gut shot and someone puts him down then that shooter should get him.Thats how it usually works around here ,but people are funny about that kind of stuff especially big bucks.
