Mine shoots well with 46gr of IMR4350, but get occasional flyers with 48Gr. YOu are not going to get much more than 48gr of powder in a 7mm-08 brass. It will be very compressed the way it is. Good news, is with 4350, you don't have to worry much about pressure, the powder is so slow, you just have to worry about getting enough powder to get at least 2800fps.
