Colt Sauer Bolt Action
A friend of mine just showed me a picture of his Colt Sauer bolt action rifle in .30-06. It has some of the nicest wood I've ever seen on a rifle. I noticed it had a Rosewood tip like you see on a Wheatherby.
I didn't know that other gun manufacturers do this. Is this just a beautification technique or is there a purpose to this?
About how much would you say a rifle like his is worth? Just curious.
