I think these restrictions are an excelent idea, and really seem to be working! I see alot more mature, largerantlered deer in my hunting area in Crawford County, PA. Although, the first year this was implimented, i watch a beautiful 6 point walk on by. He had no brow tines at all,but he was atleast 18" wide!

But yes, it is worth it and is working!
