I still think Summit makes some very good stands, but their customer service has lost a bit of my respect.
Would you have rather them send you the skins.. only to install them.. and have them peel back off.. ???
I think they did the right thing by not sending you the faulty skins... I'd rather wait and get the right part.. than get a part.. only to have it fail.. and have to contact the company again.
Personally I don't think they should have made the stands w/ the skins if they didn't stick in the 1st place...
