id shot 100-125gr heads becuase you shoot carbons so your finished arrow weight is probably pretty low...though with a 28 inch draw id say you cant be TOO light or short on arrow legnth.. i would also shoot a cut on contact style head...such as a Magnus Stinger or many of the other cut on contacts out there..they will aid in getting the best penetration.
