RE: .357 sabot loads???
While I agree that a 50 is better and I will even say that a 54 is best for some things [I am fond of my system one with the 54 barrel and a purple sabot and a 50 cal bullet 300gr for deer and 350 for elk and bear] I do have a friend that takes deer every year with a 45 shooting a sabot and 180 gr .357 bullet so it does work, he shoots nice groups with 90 grs of RS;he also has a bad shoulder and can not stand much recoil.
