Our ranches are 30 miles south of Portales, NM. Nearest airport for airlines is Lubbock, TX- 100 miles east.Therancheswe huntare the perfect mix of open cattle ranch lands and agricultural (about 80/20). The agricultural areas are being farmed for peanuts, wheat and milo.These crops really add to the diets of the pronghorn, especially to their horn growth.This area is really growing heavy-horned bucks.We expect every hunter to harvest at least 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 year old with 14 1/2 - 15 1/2 inch horns to older bucks with 16 - 18 inch horns.

Hunt dates areyet to be announced by NM Game and Fish Dept but will most likely be the second or third weekend in September 2007. Hunt includes all lodging, meals,in-field transportation and dove and varmint shooting.[/align][align=left][/align][align=left]NOTE: This outfitter puts on one of the best hunts we at RMES haveever experienced.(We purchased this hunt just like everyone else.)
