RE: warm weather question
I can't give you an exact time frame but at 50 or 60 degrees, i wouldn't have him down for to long without butchering him. Whats the temp. at night? If it gets below40 degrees you will havea better chance at keeping the meet a little fresher. I guess what I'm trying to say is get that sucker gutted and buthered as soon as you can in thattype of weather.
