Are you out of your freakin mind . Not a chance if you can't finish what you started don't start it . That deer will spoil for sure, if the coyote's and bear's don't get at it .
If I were you I'd just call it a hunt and not go out on the evening hunt ,hunt the morning and if you get a deer ,then you'll have time to find it ,but if your leaving and don't have time to find it then don't go hunting .

You need to have a little respect for the animal ,and if you can't make a quick kill then don't shoot.
