mike where you from?btw i am in west springfield, but yeah i searched all the land i could get to in the area but because it was such a small piece of woods i thought it was going to be fairly easy i belive the area to be only like 200 acres it is really long and skinny and it borders a river my worse gut feeling is she jumped in to swim across and drowned because she lost alot of blood. but i will keep with it this is my first year ever hunting i started in CT because they hunt 1 month before mass but that hunting was tough because of the heat and the woods still being fully green and thick and oh the worse part was the damn mosquitos they were terrible.

also any advice about how to hunt in northern CT would be apreciated to a newbie because i seen a holy roman ton of deer sign in CT but never any deer.
