Wow, thats an old one, somewhere around 1976-78 , Bear Alaskan, 20% let-off, That was a top of the line bow at thattime. Sold for around$250.00 at that time. I have one a yr or two newer, it has 6 wheels instead of the 4, a little more let-off, too, I think mine is 30%. They were good bows, took alot of game with mine, I still have it. But it stays in the case now. I used to work part time for a archery pro shop, and he was certified Bear shop, there weren't that many Bear certified shops around then, did alot of warranty work, not that the Bear line needed alot of attention, its just that bows that were bought else were that were under warranty were brought thereto be repaired or sent back to the factory. Those were good times, archery really took off during those years, lots of great memories, thanks forbringing them up.
