Yesterday most of the yearlings i saw were not with momma. i did have one group of six that had two older does and yearlings. watched two spikes run does for two hours.
Saturday i let a friend hunt my penthouse stand so his son could shoot his first deer at 13. gonna try for a does . a nice buck steps out and he missed three times!!!! said he was probably 16" 8 pt nice mass.
i didnt know the kid had all ready missed like four deer this year.
my penthouse is my sacred ground!! i think i'll not do that again!!!!
