Well NavyDeerGuy, you may be adding another chapter to the term "Ugly Hunter" with the neighborhood. And, since you only have 2 acre lots you got a very limited shooting funnel I'd say. Maryland law requires you be no closer than 150 yards of an occupied building when discharging a weapon. Add to the fact your deer is going to run and more than likely end up on a neighbors lawn, well... it isn't going to be pretty. You know Maryland, they'll want an environmental study before they'll issue you a permit. And guess what, they don't issue depredation permits for shrubbery, flowers and bushes..... only for farm crops and usually on 50 acres or more.
