Well NavyDeerGuy, you may be adding another chapter to the term "Ugly Hunter" with the neighborhood. And, since you only have 2 acre lots you got a very limited shooting funnel I'd say. Maryland law requires you be no closer than 150 yards of an occupied building when discharging a weapon. Add to the fact your deer is going to run and more than likely end up on a neighbors lawn, well... it isn't going to be pretty. You know Maryland, they'll want an environmental study before they'll issue you a permit. And guess what, they don't issue depredation permits for shrubbery, flowers and bushes..... only for farm crops and usually on 50 acres or more. Yup, with Maryland treehuggers in full force, I figure your only option is a punji pit or night hunting with infrared lights.[8D] I can see it now.... "Navy guy gone whack-0 isassulted by Maryland Treehuggers"(Bambi could not be saved)
