Thanks fellas for the comments, sheet happens I will move past it but think it would have been easier to swallow that I just flubbed vs equipment failure. I decieded heading out tonight wasn't really productive, the mind just wasn't into it so I saw no need. The time was better spent reading toand playing a board game with my girls.

JD, it is one of 3 zeiss I own and never aproblem. It can happen to any and have not lost faith in the Zeiss scopes. Don't let itenter your mindwhen you dawn your 7 mag topped with a zeiss...I knowI won't in a few weeks(I have the same setup but on the south side!!!).

AG, yeah really only 1 crack with a ML though I don't see it any different than a rifle. The only shot is the first the rest areusually "lead in the air hope in the heart" IMHO. I certainly know more than him are aroundand he is still alive as well! I won't be throwing the towel on mulies just yet but the zeiss and savage will be tabled. I have a backupsitting in the wings with my rem ML, though I may just give the mulies a break and bank my time for rifle season. Whitetails need some love too!!
