Did you ask him if he noticed your blind while he was standing there for 20 minutes? He must have had some skills if he was able to get within 30 yards of your decoy without your having detected himl. Oh my soul, that had the potential for becoming a very tragic situation.

It has become very apparent to me this year as I have oberved some "hunters" in our camp in West Virginia, and as I have read this and other stories that there are some folk who buy a boy, become "accurate" enough to kill a deer and go into the woods. They have no respect for the game they are pursuing nor for their fellow hunters. When stories of this type get out, it paints all hunters with a broad brush, not just the individual who has a severe case of rectal/cranial inversion. No wonder he couldn't see well enough to tell it was a decoy and not a live deer!!
