RE: Keeping Composure
i practice almost all summer i wont even put anything new on my bow after august just so i dont have any problems but i still cant tell yah how i do it when a deer comes in and the heart starts trying to come out of your chest and the legs start to shake then all of a sudden that deer steps into the shooting lane you know its at 20 yards my mind goes blank i try to steady my bow and get the pin on the deer where i want it then let it fly hoping all the practice payed off i am lucky in that i have only had 2 badhits in all the years ive hunted of course i have missed in the last 3 years i missed 2 deer i was shooting on 1 my sight was off i shot over a doe and the second my broad head arrow combow caused the arrow to drift i changed to a mechanical this year untill summer when i can sort it all out i still like my muzzys
