Personally, it's the smaller the better to a point. In order to have such small diameter fibers, they must have a good method of picking up light. I have .010 pins on my Sword Twilight and .019 on my Toxonics. I HATE .029 pins, they cover up like a 4" area at 50 yards, and that's just not going to cut it.
