Default RE: What's so hot about the Patriot?

Hawgs, I don't think it would matter what BowTech would have done people would have said "they look like a Mathews". I sure hope I don't hear that about any of our Duallys...LOL...

I also heard it at shows in the 2000 model year before they even offered a 25" riser bow?

I also attended 3 shows this past winter and I was next to the Wheeler Archery booth and heard people say the same thing about Marks designs. He doesn't even offer a 25" riser or Long riser/ short limb bow?

And besides like I stated above, when a design is copied it's a compliment to the engineer and to the design itself...

I wasn't trying to start a BowTech-Mathews debate I was just stating some facts as you just did about the Q2XL being out before the Pro 38.

Here's a question for all you archery history buffs. Which bow first had a long riser/short limb design, the PSE Durango or the Mathews ??? model? I used to work at a huge PSE dealer and I honestly can't remember when it came out. Just asking...

Jerry/NJ, I'm not sure why the Duallys aren't offered in a high let off. I know cam/module goemetry sometimes won't allow it. They tried to make the 2001 BK2 modules in 75% let off and had too many problems so they made them 65% instead.
