I have my Bear whitetail legend I recently got used. Had a new string and peep installed and I put on a new rest and sights. My question is on the draw weight. They guy I had re-string it at the local sporting goods shop told me how to adjust the draw weight and to turn it equally on both ends. Sounds easy enough to me but it looks as if the previous owner had loosened one end but not the other. The top limb is raisedabout a 1/4 inch (maybe a hair less) and the lower is pretty much stright on with the bow and even. I'll attach a few pics so you get a better idea. Any help would be appreciated.
