The first time I ever used a grunt call I called in a nice buck and I shot it. I could'nt believe how well it worked, many times since then It hasent. I learned later that buck was a roaming deer when I called him. I use calls when big bucks are out of range and I want them to come closer. They work extremely well when deer are aggressive.
