Now if I understand your question right , yea you should ba able to use a deer call tube or can to call in deer from a far even if you don't see them but you know that they are out there.
Once your ready to ( blind call ) just give three short gunts like a burpping sound and wait for twenty to thrity minutes then do it again until something shows up.
