One thing you can try is change the mounts around. Sometimes that will change the whole thing around. What I mean is the ring on the front of the scope remove and put that to the rear of the scope and the other way.. Check the rings for burrs. Be sure the bases are the right ones and solid. And if all else fails, you might have to shim the scope.

Some times changing the mounts help and some times it don't seem to make a difference...

If this was professionally mounted by a gunsmith, they should have noticed that when they bore sighted it...
