Sadly enough these types of things will continue as long as we let them. Until more of us decide to quit being ******* an actually stand up and teach of few of these people some manners, they have no reason to not continue these types of behaviors. I can honestly tell you that I would have tried my very best to break that guy from ever shooting another dog.
