I would say...just a decent deal. I just sold my mark II for $450.00 just the other day--which is about what I bought it for new a couple years ago. I don't believe that redfield scopes are considered very high quality (unlike the old redfields) so I don't think it would add much. Although mine was a good hunting gun, I never could get it to group too well, although I did not try the whole spectrum of bullets. Mark II's are all over the internet auction sites for $500.00 (but then you would have to pay shipping and receiving (ffl) charges) so it's a decent deal but not outstanding imo.
