Just made some...
I used a tenderizer hammer on both sides of my steak chunks..
Then ...I sprinkled Montreal Steak Seasoning on them.
I had a cast iron skillet with about 1/8th inch of
HOT olive oil.
I tossed the steaks in the skillet . When halfway done I added onion chunks, caned mushrooms and cut up bell peppers.
I served them on egg noodles. We had none left over ..
And yes, you can eat venison that is
pink in the middle.Good stuff.
