I'm done in Missouri -- but I'm not done. Heck -- in fact -- I'll just be seriously getting started now... I BARELY missed out on a 140+ bruiser opening day in Illinois, and I've hunted him once since then VERY carefully -- extremely low-impact hunting.
I'm maturing more and more into someone focused on mature bucks only; the problem is, I truly enjoy just shooting deer with my bow. I can be pretty disciplined in Illinois -- in fact, I regulary let guys this big walk on my hunting grounds -- but I couldn't resist him in Missouri.
