Take a very sharp knife and get to it. Skin it then cut off all the meat you can, after that use what is called the maceration method. Fill a bucket up with water and let it set for about 2 weeks, dump water and then hose off the flesh. Put it back in the water for 2 weeks, repeat. This is also called the downwind method, cause you don't want to be downwind of it. After all the flesh is removed, soak it for about another week in water with Dawn dishwashing liquid in it to degrease it. Then bleach it. That is the cheapest way but there are many other ways to do it.
