I organize my stuff (except my bow and arrows) whenI put it into the scent-free bags, about a month before season. One bag has inner clothing, another has outer clothing, another has heavy clothing, one has my backpack and another has gear stuff. I don't open the bags until the day (usually early morning) of the hunt.
