Justin, congrats man!!Glad you enjoyed your first goose hunt. Nothing quite like it , is there? I hope you are hooked now. I have been goose hunting for over 30 years and still get a rush everytime they set their "landing gear" for the final approach into the dekes. Don`t forget to try pass shooting and over water, but the best is still a grain field. My buds and I shot a lot of Greater Canadas this year. One morning we had 40 of them by 10:am as our limits are 5 each and there were 8 of us. I couldn`t lift my stringer, it was so heavy.Plus they make wonderful tablefare. Good luck on your future goose hunts. Mine is over for the year already but we had a hoot!
