Moose..nasty

! I love moose meat, then again I have never had it with capers or prepared by a Czech!
James, wow must be what your used too. I haven't found any mule deer that tasted better then elk or moose in Saskatchewan. I am not referring to merinade butjust slapped on theQ,seasoned like a beef steak & cooked rare of course!

Once you merinade you are introducing flavor and can easily mask it as well. I hate lamb straight but asSHASHLYK I love it - why it tastes like garlic, onions and lots of lemon!
