I think that, technically, to be a point, the tine must be as long as the diameter of the beam it's coming off from. Say the main beam is an inch and a half thick where the tine starts-the tine must be at least an inch and a half long. If not, it's a sticker. Might be a little different with brow tines. See PA antler restrictions.
