I've never tried tho Nick Snook the inventor of the Turbo Nock is a personal friend of mine and actually my Seegung (grandfather) in Kung Fu, his best student was my instructor or Sifu (father). I've sparred and fought Nick. Anyway, the only reason I haven't used them is they don't fit/make them for Easton ACC's.

I hear amazing things but with a setup like mine, I can't imagine Turbo Nocks improving anything.
