yes,its all about money now.i agree.it seems that very few care now. 3 years ago we tried,bigtime to stop this maddness,now at meeting we go to,deer are not mentioned. the only group i see trying to do something is that USP club.they have guts.every meeting we go to its this, how is your canoeing going,did you hike on sunday and are you going hiking on sunday this week,did you see any elk,i saw eagle today,i got a great camera, want to go taking pictures WAY BACK IN on sunday,taking the whole family hiking this sunday WAY BACK in woods,my wife does not like guns,why do they let people in woods on sunday with a pistol or rifle,on and on.hey, i like woods also and respect these new TOURIST but trust me, if they get their way, you wont be carrying gun,only camera.i seen women that gave us the meanest look you ever saw while they were hiking and we had our pistols.i seen that look from them with hunters carrying bows to their cars.i also see this NEW look from women that are now coming to camps,more amd more do to being able to HIKE .hiking is going to be somthing big now.most of hikers i talk to say they would like to do it on saturday but do it on sunday because hunters are not in woods and they dont want arrow shot at them.folks, i am only telling you what is being said now.women are going to be a BIG force on the NEW changes coming to our woods and guns are not one of their favorites.p.s,most husbands dont have guts to stand up to them now also,they call shots.things are changing,for sure.
