BobCo, I havn't had a deer jump my arrow yet if that's what you mean by her looking at me. And I've also killed plenty deer from that angle.

Yep, I was worried about jumping her going back to the house. But, the trail I took was open big timberand I was using binoculars looking for her. I felt like if she had bedded, I would have seen her before she saw me. My only other option was a long walk up some steep stuff and it hasn't been but 4 months since I had a knee replaced. I decided to save that leg for the trail and take a chance on jumping her once.
