That is called arrow reflex. At 10-15 feet the arrow in reflexing. A couple of things you might try. Shoot though paper at 5 and then 10 YARDS and see what you have for a tear. If you still are having a problem that you can't tune out. Try a stiffer shaft arrow, and start the whole process over.
Also, try a different arrow rest. The 2 prong is a little on the low end. It you are going hunting, primarily, then look at the Whisker Bisquit or the NAP 360. I prefer the 360.
