Here in Texas there are two types of land owners. Those who have hogs and those who will have hogs!
Several years ago I read a report on the hog population in Texas. At that time it was est. that there were over 3,000,000,000 wild hogs in this state alone. This report came from the Texas Parks and Wildlife department.
I think your memoray may be a little faulty... 3 Billion is a LOT of pork! There wouldn't be room for people...
