Aye, but I am not trying to say that I will just leave it at 12" groups, all I was trying to say was that WOULD kill a deer if itcame down to it. I plan to be down to a couple inch groups by next hunting season, but for this season I want to spend some time in the field, not just on the range

But ty for the advice - whats the longst shot youve taken as a follow up shot, and how do you usually get them, as the game animal is running away?
