Its easy and great. I like either the BPE or the Jo Jan. The good thing about the Jo Jan is that u can do a whole batch of arrows in one sweep instead of havin to do one at a time. But, its like the mathews/hoyt debate, either u love the bitz and hate the Jo Jan, or vice versa. Plus, u can do your own colors instead of havin to buy pre-fletched ones.
