I went out on the 19th for the first time this season out elk hunting and managed to get my first elk! i also just got my gun just over a week ago so i was stoked to take something with it. we saw lots of animals and some bulls bigger than this one but couldnt get a shot so when i got the chance i took this one. It was a pretty rough pack out we were about 12 km (iono how many miles that is i think its like 8) out so we didnt even get out till about 12 that night but it was totally worth it. anyways heres a couple pics.
