I bought a used one for $250 and mounted it to my 243. I sent it back because it looked like there was dust in the lense and the point of impact would change when you adjusted the focus ring at the end of the scope. I got my replacement and it does the same thing and your right they are not clear at all. It isn't worth the 450 bucks as advertised. It is nothing more that a glorifiedSwift scope. Actually I would buy a swift over a sighttron. Its a 4X16 SII mil dot.
