The Block is a pretty good target and well worth the money but for a few dollars more you could get the GlenDel Buck , its made by the same company and it to is worth every cent.
My wife got one for me when they first came out and I've been shooting the heck out of it.
I had to replace the core once already but I practice shooting 3 days a week so it takes alot of shooting to wear it out.
